Tried a recipe from your new book. I did a few things differently – but this is the beauty of how you wrote it, that I know where I can make a leap. I was trying to make a cake last year for my birthday, and it was so dry and just bleh. I now know how to make it properly. Yay. Seriously Berries is an amazing book with a variety of recipes. My husband is not big on sweets (I added less sugar) and he loved it, and we brought the whole cake (I replaced bundt form) to work and it was gone under 10 minutes. Lemon was not so dominant, it kept them guessing. I was so happy! I filmed a small review and me cooking a bundt/cake.
