Thank you for your interest in the January Money Diet!
I enjoyed hosting this event for 12 years, and connecting with so many of you. Together, we took a voluntary 30-day break from spending every January to start the new year financially strong.

And then, the pandemic arrived and changed everything.
After witnessing so many small businesses and local restaurants struggle or close, I no longer felt quite right about advocating a no-spend month. So I decided to switch gears and end this annual challenge.

Perhaps you’d still like to go on a financial fast during the month of January.
The good news is, Liz over at Frugalwoods hosts the Uber Frugal Month (try to say that three times fast) every January. This free 31-day challenge is a wonderful event, with a highly engaged community of like-minded savers.
