Easy chocolate covered strawberries made with fresh strawberries dipped in semisweet, white, and pink chocolate and topped with festive drizzles and sprinkles—perfect for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and special occasions.
Place each of the three chocolate chips and candy melts into separate small bowls. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each cycle, until fully melted and smooth.
Holding each of the strawberries by the stem, dip six strawberries in each of the three types of melted chocolate. Arrange on the prepared baking tray and let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer the remaining melted chocolate into small piping bags or small zip top plastic bags. Snip a small tip off each piping bag and drizzle patterns over the strawberries using different chocolate colors.
Decorate with sprinkles. Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set (about an hour) and serve. Makes 18 pieces.

Store any uneaten chocolate covered strawberries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
