Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is an easy dessert or party appetizer that comes together in minutes! With all the flavors of your favorite strawberry cheesecake, this simple, creamy dip is perfect for parties, potlucks, and entertaining.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping such as Cool Whip
- 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped, plus extra for garnish
- Assorted cookies and dippers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the strawberry jam and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, and mix until there are no more streaks.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Top with a swirl of strawberry jam and reserved strawberries, sliced in half. Serve with assorted dippers.
Notes
To make ahead of time: Prepare the dip through Step 3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
About an hour before serving, remove the dip from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Add the chopped fresh strawberries and stir gently to combine. Serve and enjoy!
Storage Directions: Cover the dip tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Remove from the refrigerator and let the bowl sit at room temperature for about an hour before serving.
