    • Sorry, Alice – I hope you find a good recipe and if I find one I’ll pass it your way. I did recently post a recipe for a rich, fudgy chocolate cake made with oil and no eggs:

    • Hi, Meg. Inquiring Chef posted a tasty recipe for baked crab rangoons, including a delicious pineapple dipping sauce:

  1. Hey,
Tried a recipe from your new book. I did a few things differently – but this is the beauty of how you wrote it, that I know where I can make a leap. I was trying to make a cake last year for my birthday, and it was so dry and just bleh. I now know how to make it properly. Yay. Seriously Berries is an amazing book with a variety of recipes. My husband is not big on sweets (I added less sugar) and he loved it, and we brought the whole cake (I replaced bundt form) to work and it was gone under 10 minutes. Lemon was not so dominant, it kept them guessing. I was so happy! I filmed a small review and me cooking a bundt/cake.
Thank you so much for your amazing work, I hope to get hands on more of your books in the future and try out more stuff.
    Thank you,

    • Regina, your review is wonderful! I love that you took the recipe and updated the ingredients and process to make it your own. You are so sweet to create your fun video, which I look forward to sharing. I am honored that you featured Berries on your channel. Thank you BERRY much! 🙂 xo
