My newest cookbook will be released by Gibbs Smith on August 7, 2018, and I’m so excited to share it with you. Bacon Beans and Beer is filled with easy recipes featuring one, two, or all three of my favorite food groups (can you guess?) — crispy bacon, savory beans and bubbly beer!
The hardback book is 128 pages including beautiful four-color photographs by Susan Barnson Hayward, and it retails for $14.99.
As you might expect from a book written by me, the 65 recipes are all super simple and approachable. They call for readily-available ingredients, and those featuring beer can be made with your favorite brew — including nonalcoholic beer.
